My shipment is damaged on arrival - what do I do?
If your shipment is broken in transit, it is important that you save all packaging and wrapping. This is often necessary if our subcontractors want to inspect the shipment.
You can start your complaint under 'my pages'. Press the 'select' drop-down menu next to the order the complaint is about, and then select 'Report damaged shipment'.
You can advantageously submit photos of the packaging and contents together with your complaint.
