My shipment is stalled or has not been delivered
There can be several reasons why your shipment does not move, which is often evident from the shipment's track & trace. If your shipment has not moved for more than 48 hours, we recommend that you contact us so that we can start an inquiry with our sub-supplier.
My shipment has not moved since delivery
If your shipment has not moved since delivery, it may be because it is still at the delivery location. We therefore recommend that you contact your local parcel shop and ask them to check whether the shipment is in their warehouse. If your shipment is still not found, please contact us.
