Why is my shipment being returned?

There may be several reasons why your shipment is on its way back to your address. Most often, it will appear on the shipment's track & trace what the reason for the return freight is. If you cannot find the reason or have any questions, you are very welcome to contact our customer service at support@erhvervspakke.dk

My shipment is on its way back - what happens now?

When your shipment is sent back, it is initially shipped to our return warehouse. You will be contacted by e-mail when it is registered as received, after which you will be asked to decide whether you want the shipment returned to your home address. Regardless of whether you wish to receive the shipment back, you will be charged for the costs of the return freight according to our terms and conditions.
